Decent Laptop w/ regular everyday functions. BUT. WRONG CHARGER SENT.
The Laptop works completely fine. Fantastic even. But why call it refurbished if the wrong charger is sent with it.
So now I have to purchase ANOTHER CHARGER on my own expense to make sure it stays working. That's the only complaint I have about it. It's not really the laptop itself, but the lack of care when packaging this "Refurbished" Laptop. How can a customer be satisfied?
5 full stars for the laptop itself. Big ZERO on the indifference on the wrong charger.
Worth the price
In nursing school and my previous lap top screen was damage. I got this to be able to do my online assignment. The letter N gets stuck all of sudden. I can tell that there was an adhesive covering. Its starting to peel.It runs slow sometimes. But its worth the price and Im able to do my assignments so its fine
Great deal
Bought two of these renewed for my daughter for homeschooling. I just wanted something they could do school from and nothing more without spending a fortune as their expensive HP laptops broke within two years. They look brand new. They work great. All keys and trackpad so far so good. Highly recommended for a simple Chromebook without all the bells and whistles.
