great value. check os expiration date
didn't know chrome os expires on every chrome book. that's a bummer for these older models. but this chromebook still works with an outdated chrome version (it's slow, but you will get there!) just keep in mind that for some sites with higher security requirement (eg. your banks), this chrome/chrome os is too old to function. but general browsing is completely fine.
Money well spent!
I never thought I'd buy a Chrome book but my old laptop was getting too slow. All I used it for was surfing the internet anyway, so I decided to get this Chrome book after weeks of research and indecision. I'm so glad I did! It is like new, in very good condition, free of scratches or chinks or other marring. My only complaint is that I'm unable to copy and paste. I think I'll buy a newer Chrome book once my yt channel takes off, probably a other Dell.
Using these to transfer data.
I wouldn't buy this for watching YouTube, doing web searches, or anything beyond E-Mail, but it is useful for transferring files. Really slow device for modern internet applications. No longer supported, when you turn it on it nags you to update, but there is no more updates.
I use this to transfer backups from PCMCIA to USB (industrial) and that is all.
