Absolutely Delighted!!
The laptop arrived very well packaged. Setup was very simple. I was surprised that it came with a finger print reader in stalled. I am very partial to HP; and this laptop feels very solid. It is very, very fast and responsive! The screen quality is exceptional, the keyboard feels good to the touch and smooth. I am very very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it!!
Why buy HP laptop new?
My 12 year old daughter dropped her previous laptop apparently and the screen went crazy with horizonal and vertical lines. This HP laptop was a replacement. The refurbished laptop arrived and showed no scratches or blemishes anywhere. It started right up and works great. One wonders how many new laptops go to their owners and do not work, have some minor easily fixed problem or are returned without anything wrong with them at all. Thus the refurbished laptop market. My daughter gets a better laptop than she could get for the same money, with a warrantee, refurbished backed by amazon, and it looks and performs like a new laptop straight from the factory. Sounds like a win-win to me!

Wow! I LOVE this laptop! It was the first refurbished electronic device I've purchased. Of course, the low cost caught my eye and I decided to take a shot. It arrived, very well and protectively packaged. It looked like and operates like a brand new laptop. The only blemish on the device was my fingerprints. It started right up and runs flawlessly. The two things I appreciate most about it is its fast operational speed and the fact its totally quiet. I simply LOVE it!
