AMENDED: I decided to do a full update of the laptop and, as a result, the clarity and colors are much better than before. That and tilting the screen to a certain angle made all the difference. So, I'm keeping it. :-)

Previous review: I plan to return this laptop, not because I don't like how it functions, but because I'm a highly visual person and the screen display is awful. The colors are muted and the black print is often faint. I can find no setting by which to increase the contrast or sharpen the display. Sorry, I can't live with that.

First and foremost... I have purchased many computers over the years. Low price systems and great performance are never in the same sentence. That is not the case with this computer. This thing is great for the cost. it is a great machine for everything except gaming. Which I hope no one would expect to game on such a low end processor anyway. Between the HDD and RAM specs this machine, it is priced wonderfully. An equivalent HP or Dell would be $100.00-$150.00 more. For what? Name? Nah... I have used Lenovo for years and no issues. Great product life and excellent warranty. Also, the seller was wonderful. Super fast shipping and well packaged.
