Was disappointed I had bought one for granddaughter for her birthday just before Christmas and saved it for her birthday when she got it opened it the screen was all broken from shipment. and it could not be replaced was not happy at all.
Bought a second one and this one best not be broken. I had boughten three and the other two were fine. now this is number 4 boughten.

I've always had Samsung 11.6" Chromebooks. I've actually had 5 of them. This is my first HP and first 14". I love the size. Not too big and easy to stuff in a backpack for travel. I had ordered 2 other HP's but had to return them, due to the fact that the contract between the key color and the characters printed on them, were almost the same and really hard to differentiate. This Chromebook has white on black, and also has a backlit feature. So far, I've really enjoyed it and at this point would definitely buy another.

If you don't need a true laptop then a Chromebook is the best investment. The set up was a breeze. Google remembered my favorite internet sites and my passwords. I couldn't be happier with this model. It is light weight, compact, and works well with streaming services and casting to a large television.
