Exceeded expectations
After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, I’m very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say it’s close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

Love My Mac Air
It is a gray lightweight MacAir The screen quality is good. So far, the battery life is good. It did have a small ding on the cover. However, the functionality is great considering it is a 2020 model and is refurbished. Definitely, worth the money spent. Heat level is good has not overheated. As with any laptop or computer it needs ventilation. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Exactly what I expected!
Obviously there is going to be minor flaws when you buy a refurbished product…but my laptop is almost in perfect condition! The only issue is a couple scratches on the bottom! Totally unnoticeable and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve had no problems so far. Everything works as it should & that’s all I could ask for! I have had an issue with another seller of a similar product so I really had high hopes for this & I am so glad I trusted this one!! Thank you! ?

Love my “new” Mac
I purchased a newer (2022) refurbished MacBook Air for $700 and it arrived dead, and would not charge. Immediately returned it and decided to try again one more time. I found this 2020 model for $400. It arrived in almost perfect condition (the tiniest of dents on the cover) and so far is working great. I have never purchased refurbished products before and was definitely skeptical. Amazon’s return policy on refurbished items is great and for the price, definitely worth a try!

Like new!
I was nervous ordering a refurbished computer for the first time. I must say that im very impressed. There are no scratches or dents. Everything came perfectly and fairly quickly considering it came from across the country for me. It holds a charge and keeps a charge. Also comes with a working charger. Screen quality is perfect and keyboard is in tact. I prefer MacBook air’s because they are more lightweight than the pros. Super easy to use and navigate. 10/10 recommend.
