I bought this laptop to replace my old Toshiba. I use this one at work (my personal) basically for e-mail's, video's. It was easy to set up and the pages load really fast. I like the anti-glare screen also. The sound is ok but I already had external speakers that sound really good. For $500 you can not beat this deal! Well worth the money.

Performs as expected
This unit was purchased to replace/augment another HP laptop I had purchased without really taking time to read the specifications of the other unit. When I puchased the other HP laptop, I did not realize it was more likely intended for school kids - too small a harddrive and no way was it expandable to take additional memory. I was about to give up on HP computers until I acquired this one. Though I have not "gone under the hood" yet to see if this unit will take additional memory, it seems that 32gb is more than adequate. For expansion of storage, I just hang external SSD units to hold my genealogy reference material. So far, all is good!

Definitely recommend!!
I bought two of these laptops for me and a relative and we are both extremely happy with them. It is super fast and has a great size screen. What I found out while researching the best laptop is don’t get anything with less than 16 RAMS and this is 32. This one has everything I was looking for. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service, Easy Exchange!
The first laptop we ordered arrived exactly as scheduled. What was unexpected, was when turned on, it then demanded we pay an additional $399 for software. After waiting on the phone with customer service off and on for 24hrs trying to update it, we opted to do an exchange. Sent that one back the next day, and by the end of the day, Amazon had already shipped our replacement! Needless to say, that one also arrived on schedule, and when we turned it on, it worked perfectly fine, and so far, no issues! We’ve been very pleased with our purchase thus far, regardless of the initial hiccup! Thank you to the seller and Amazon for providing such great customer service and easy replacement/returns! Will update my review if we have any other issues!
