Exit S Mode!!!
If your laptop runs slow, Get out of S mode!!! I initially ran into the same problem . It turned out that it was first run under Win 11 S Mode. The S mode uses up all the memory that’s why it’s slow af. Just exit S mode once you're done with initial configuration and desktop is loaded. (Try googling how to exit S mode on your phone or on a different computer and follow the instructions there)
Exceeded my expections!
It exceeded my expections as it automatically transferred software from my PC and also set up MIcrosoft Office (which I subscribe to). It made it WAY to easy. I LOVE it!! It's lightning fast. I'll be using it a lot in the coming weeks as I'll be staying with my family in another city for 2 weeks....and having this laptop there will keep me up to date on all my projects. (I alread have a large screen there that I will hook into.)

It definitely exceeded my expectations the durability quality the noise it was really easy to use the screen wasn't pixely or nothing like that it was just really nice and now the only issue I have a little bit was the battery life it does kind of die down very quickly when constantly and use other than that I give it a five star and I like that you get a free Microsoft 365 a whole subscription for a year for free
