Good buy w/little upgrade needed
Got the laptop w/the N4020 processor vs the N4000 version. The slight difference in speed is proven . Also get off the s version of Windows 10 and get Windows 10 home. Free upgrade available w/this laptop in Microsoft App Store. Look at youtube video for easy instructions. Buy a cheap external cd/dvd player burner then get/use old version of MS office cd to install software. I Could NOT GET the "free 1 yr version preinstalled to work on this PC 😡 as advertised...only a free month of Office Family 365. Once done this PC is fast, light and 5 stars under $315 ready. Product arrived earlier then promised. 👍
Great computer for the money
ggreat computer for the money only drawback is it lacks a CD Rom drive but for the money its' a great deal.
Take it out of S mode and load Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge uses secure or S mode which will not allow non-<icrosoft downloads. Also I added a usb hub which allows an enhanced keyboard and trackball. For th money a great computer.
Great Laptop:
I recently purchased this computer because it is like the one that I have in colored pink. I bought this for my daughter as a early birthday present. The on screen navigation was easy my daughter is 10 years old and was able to navigate through the on-screen menu and complete the set-up by herself. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. The color, key and computer is great.
