The description says that the product is "refurbished" and "renewed" but it looks absolutely new to me, not a single scratch on the body or the screen. The only thing I can see that is wrong is that the Lenovo logo is slightly off from where it is supposed to be (see photo). I guess this laptop (at least the one I received) is a new product but a reject from the factory because of the misprint. Comes with an original charger too, in a generic box. Seller and product exceeded my expectations.

I've never paid money for something in my life and thought it had no flaws... (I have bought duds with no redeeming value though) I digress...
Pros: It's not a lot of money.
If you look at the "expiration date" on Google's website, and make sure your model is going to be supported for a while, you can avoid buying out-of-date used stuff... This one has 3-4 more years, for the $100... I'd say that's fair.
My wife enjoys having a lightweight little laptop tablet to replace her big old laptop and even older tablet for most day-to-day computing.
Touchscreen works fine
hinges are good (that usually goes quick on the other Chromebooks that's been in the house.

Cons: it has some very light little scratches on the lid, and the imprint of old labels, like it was in an office or school...
It wasn't free.
The economy sucks
Politicians lie... oh.. was this just cons about the Chromebook? sorry.

The charger it came with didn't work. I contacted Amazon and would have had to send both the laptop and the charger back, when all I needed was the charger! Luckily I had old chromebook charger from before. Other than the charger, the chromebook works fine. Touchscreen can be a little funny 5% of the time but other wise it works and looks like new! It's good for portable light entertainment, like reading, writing, mobile games, and streaming videos. Plus if all your things are connected to Google makes everything easier.
